What is this?

Smells just like puppy noses . Smooth, ginger colour .... Having truffle in the garden is a challenge. Eyes on. She is so fast and at any opportunity shoots off to find and I send the wrong message by stopping her. Could be worse. The wopper is delicious and swEet . X
