Tuber Borchi
Ciao Tom,
last Sunday I went with Mario to our friend Alessandro and together we went to Follonica, in Tuscany. We went in search of Tuber Borchii in a pine forest near the sea. As usual I had with me Filu, while Mario and Alexander had to train two puppies about 8 / 9 months. The day was good. The truffle was in good quantity but small size. The dogs had fun and was a good time to give a good imprinting to the puppies, who have behaved well. We found a total of about 1 kg. truffle.
Tomorrow we will still go: me, Mario and Piera (Alessandro is engaged in a race with the dogs in Arezzo). The last days have been rainy and I hope truffle don't stop. Hopefully I will tell you.
